What began as a field experience in Mityana and Nakasongola, working as a Building Tomorrow Fellow directly with teachers, schools, and communities to strengthen learning outcomes in literacy and numeracy, revealed a single gap: good teachers are out there, but schools often struggle to find, verify, and retain the right ones.
That experience shaped a platform grounded in real classrooms and the people who make learning possible.
